21 questions
ConfigurationsWhat is the difference between the Tray + Lid and a SwivelServe System?
The SwivelServe® Tray + Lid ($29) is the six-compartment serving tray with its airtight lid. A SwivelServe System adds the Exclusive SwivelServe® Rotating Cutting Board, which rotates 360° above the tray: HDPE $59, Maple $129 or Walnut $149.
ConfigurationsWhich cutting board should I choose?
HDPE ($59) is the easy-care everyday option, and it is dishwasher safe. Knife marks are normal, and replacement boards are $40. Maple ($129) and walnut ($149) are solid hardwoods with a natural look. They need hand-washing and oil every 4 to 5 washes, and they can be engraved: free through December 31, 2026, then +$25.
How it worksHow does SwivelServe® work?
Chop on the rotating cutting board, which sits right above the divided tray. Sweep each ingredient into its own compartment, then turn the board to the next one. Lift the board off to serve, or press on the lid and slide it into the fridge.
How it worksDoes the tray rotate?
No. The cutting board turns 360° by hand, and the tray stays put on five non-slip pads.
CleaningIs every part dishwasher safe?
The tray, tray lid and HDPE cutting board are dishwasher safe. Keep the lid away from the dishwasher's heating element. Maple and walnut boards are hand wash only: never put them in the dishwasher or let them soak.
CleaningHow do I clean a maple or walnut board?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry it right away. Never put it in the dishwasher or let it soak. Oil it every 4 to 5 washes with Bees&Coconuts® Wood Oil.
Lid careCan the lid warp?
Yes, high heat can warp it. Keep the lid away from stovetops, ovens and dishwasher heating elements. Heat damage isn't covered by the warranty, but replacement lids are $5.
Lid careIs the lid airtight?
Yes. The lid presses on to seal the whole tray airtight for storing in the fridge. The compartments aren't sealed from each other, so keep the tray level when it holds liquids.
Cutting boardsWill the cutting board last forever?
No cutting board lasts forever, and knife marks are a normal part of use. Hardwood boards last for years with regular oiling. Replace an HDPE board when deep grooves or warping make it hard to use. Replacement boards are sold separately.
Cutting boardsHow long do wood boards last?
With hand-washing, prompt drying and oil every 4 to 5 washes, maple and walnut boards can last for many years. Cracks, splits or warping under normal household use within two years are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty.
Wood care & oilHow do I use Bees&Coconuts® Wood Oil?
Start with a clean, dry board. Apply a thin, even coat, let it soak in, then wipe off any excess. Repeat every 4 to 5 washes, or whenever the wood looks dry.
Wood care & oilWill oil darken my board?
Yes, a little. Oil deepens the natural color of the wood and brings out the grain, especially on maple. That's normal and isn't a defect.
Wood care & oilDo HDPE boards need oil?
No. HDPE boards don't need oil. Wash them by hand or in the dishwasher.

WarrantyWhat does “Built for Life” mean for my warranty?
