We stand behind every SwivelServe®

Every SwivelServe® board, tray and airtight lid is covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against cracks, breaks and manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, we'll repair or replace it.

All SwivelServe products2-Year Limited WarrantyCovers cracks, breaks and manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase, under normal household use. Applies to maple, walnut and HDPE cutting boards, divided serving trays and airtight lids.

What's covered

Our warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Manufacturing and workmanship
  • Structural integrity during normal household use, including cracks and breaks that are not caused by misuse

If a covered defect appears within two years of purchase, we will repair or replace the affected component.

What's not covered

  • Misuse or improper care
  • Commercial or restaurant use
  • Wooden cutting boards placed in the dishwasher
  • Excessive heat or prolonged soaking
  • Normal wear and tear, including knife marks and cosmetic scratches
  • Natural changes in wood grain or color over time
  • Modifications or alterations made by a third party

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email hello@swivelserve.com with your name, the product, where you bought it and the approximate purchase date.
  2. Describe the issue and include photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and reply within 1 to 3 business days.

Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will replace the defective component or product. If the original item is no longer available, we may provide a similar product of equal value.

Because we keep improving our designs, a replacement may differ slightly from the version you purchased.

Care that keeps your SwivelServe going strong

  • Hand wash the tray and lid with warm, soapy water.
  • Never put wooden boards in the dishwasher, and avoid soaking them.
  • Condition wooden boards with a food-safe wood oil every 4 to 5 washes. We recommend Bees&Coconuts® Wood Oil.
  • Keep the lid away from high heat, including stovetops and dishwasher heating elements.
